The staff is very friendly, and there are excellent opportunities to meet new people in your community.  We would sincerely appreciate the chance to talk with you about becoming part of the National Congress of Black Women Foundation/Umoja .

We provide volunteer support to anyone with HIV/AIDS , so your heart and hands are always welcome. Our organization is not busy to volunteer, coming forward to provide services, care and support to those people in need. We extend to provide recruitment, screening, and training for volunteers. The volunteers provide such services as in-home care, chore services, food delivery, buddy and emotional support, outreach and education.
In addition, there are always opportunities forcaring people to support the staff at our office, whether it is at any of our special events, stuffing envelopes, wrapping or answering, receiving visitors, informing staff of visitors' arrivals, making and offering beverages.

Call or come by for a copy of our Volunteer Application, then arrange to meet with our staff to schedule tasks that suit your interests and your schedule
